 As the patch mentions, in http://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/10802
 the stripslashes() was removed. It's a bug in WP as well, but it isn't
 noticeable because it only affects users without the unfiltered_html
 capability.

 If you compare WPMU and WP's schema.php file, you'l see that in WP both
 Admins and Editors have the unfiltered_html capability. In WPMU, only site
 admins do.
