 I created a small proof-of-concept plugin to experiment with disabling
 selected CSS assets via toggles:

 Tested on WordPress 7.0 Beta 1.


 This is purely experimental to evaluate usability and performance impact.
 If helpful, I’d be happy to explore adapting this into a Performance Lab
 module for broader testing.
