 Thank you @knutsp, for the guidance and for moving this to the Script
 Loader component.

 That makes sense. I agree this may be more suitable as an experimental
 feature within the Performance Lab plugin before considering core
 inclusion.

 I’ll reach out to the Performance Team and explore proposing this as a
 module or simple toggle option there. It could be useful to test real-
 world impact and gather feedback from developers and site owners.

 In parallel, I may also create a small, standalone plugin to demonstrate
 the concept and potential UI approach (for example, simple toggles to
 disable block CSS or global styles). That should help validate usability
 and performance benefits.
