 Related to #64266, [60885]

 It is true that the latest WordPress does not support older browsers, but
 the inability to visually determine the state of form elements is a major
 issue that cannot be ignored.

 For now, I suggest removing the alt syntax from
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/e4147dc059930044a8750fc1343fb68099a5011e/src/wp-
 admin/css/forms.css#L177 here].
