 Props to @threadi, https://wordpress.org/plugins/story-show-gallery/ is an
 existing plugin that has an emoji in the title. I tested on the plugin
 install screen ( `wp-admin/plugin-
 install.php?s=florcz&tab=search&type=author` ) and this issue is not
 present there either with or without the patch.

 I want to give the folks who supplied the alternative patches an
 opportunity to speak up, so not committing this yet but planning to next
 week if there is no reason presented not to.
