Comment:

 Removing `good-first-bug` since there seems to be a good-proposed
 solution. Thanks everyone who worked on this.

 @jackgona @harshitjha1430 and amoljadhavminiorange on github: If you are
 going to propose an alternative solution, please make sure to include a
 comment here with some justification about why an existing proposal is
 insufficient or why an alternative approach should be considered.


 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/8960/ (the
 `where(:not(.emoji))` proposal) is looking good to me. The only thing I
 want to make sure is that if this issue is also present on the plugin
 installation screen, this patch fixes it there as well. I'm not able to
 find a plugin in the directory with emoji in its title, so I've reached
 out to the plugin team to see if they are aware of one.
