Giving this a try as well:
1. On default, I cannot reproduce same as other folks here
2. Try following https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/63120#comment:27
and you should be able to.

positions:
1. Before Title Text
2. In the middle of the title
3. At the end on the title
