[wp-polyglots] Add new (pages) button

Hi Nikolay,

I'm making some tests here and I noticed that we have this string "Add new"
for the button on these pages

#: wp-admin/edit-pages.php:144
#: wp-admin/edit.php:137
#: wp-admin/link-manager.php:74
#: wp-admin/menu.php:94
#: wp-admin/plugins.php:273
#: wp-admin/themes.php:130
#: wp-admin/upload.php:173
#: wp-admin/users.php:242

But I think it's better to split it according to each page because the word
new has gender, I believe, in most Latin languages. In Portuguese it does.
So my suggestion: why don't you use the same string used in the menu,
instead?
