[wp-polyglots] Don't understand a string in wordpress.pot/WordPress 2.5-beta1

Hi,

I also found unfamiliar phrases last night:

#: xmlrpc.php:639
msgid "Sorry, you do not the right to delete a category."
msgstr ""

"do not the right" -> "do not have the right" ?

#: wp-admin/import/stp.php:94
#, php-format
msgid "Done! <strong>%s</strong> tags where added!"
msgid_plural "Done! <strong>%s</strong> tags where added!"
msgstr[0] ""
msgstr[1] ""

"tags where added!" -> "tags were added!" ?
