[wp-polyglots] Collaborative translation of WP?

Hi. What is the most convenient way of sharing the translation effort of a
new WP release (of a single foreign language) to multiple persons? Some ways
to do it on-line? Incrementally from a WP release to release?

Does https://translations.launchpad.net help in this? Any experience?
