[wp-polyglots] tincmce translation fix

Hi list,

just want to inform anybody here that I ran into the problem, that
custom language files for the embedded tinymce weren't recognized
by wordpress v2.1.2.

I've fixed this problem with the appended patch. Feel free to comment
my patch.
