[wp-polyglots] Generating PO/POT

In order to get the plugins and other files included in your PO, the 
easiest way is to use poEdit and configure it this way:
- open your en_BR.po.
- under Catalog>Settings open the Path tab and enter your WordPress 
directory in the Base path field.
- click on New item icon and enter a single dot, "." (no quotes).
- open the tab Keywords, click on New item and enter "__" , click on New 
item again and enter "_e" (no quotes).
- click Ok.

Now you can click on Catalog and choose Update from sources. This action 
will add every WordPress string that's left and all your plugins and 
themes strings, provided they are tagged for gettext.

You also can use a gettext script under Windows, but I find it easier 
this way.
