[wp-polyglots] Localising cockneyreplace

I could also think of things to autocorrect in french, like
non-breakable spaces before these some ponctuations ! ? :

Sounds like a good idea, but perhaps a plugin would be sufficient ?
One may just want wp-admin's text to appear in a language but write in
another :?
