[wp-polyglots] Serbian [sr_CS] translation

I'm pleased to announce that full Serbian (Cyrillic) translations of new wordpress.pot (updated for WP 1.5.1), theme.pot, as well as hard-coded translation of default theme, have been committed to SVN repository:

Serbian Latin translation will be available soon, after more detailed testing.
