[wp-hackers] Front End Performance in WordPress

This is good idea. My suggestion is that you (or somebody else) check this
out before release and later publish in guidelines for theme compatibility
with 2.8 that wp_enqueue_script should be moved from header.php to
comments.php for faster page loading.
