[wp-hackers] "Action" links for plugins (was Plugin Settings Menu Location)

why would someone want any menu items which will never be used a second
time? Just think about akismet - why give it any room in you menu? You go
there once to add your API Key - there is no reason why you would want to go
there again... if you really want to go there some years later you could
easily click on the link in the plugins table...
