Eh.  <shrugs>  WordPress's default blogroll links have the same effect
(times a few hundred thousand), and I don't think anybody would begrudge

All I'm saying is that I don't think it's worth your time worrying about it.
There's really no positive effect to be had in denying WordPress fans link
