Yes, but at the least if such a beast is being done, it needs to handle 
other files.  For instance, subfolders and subfiles a level below 
/plugins...

| Such flexibility shouldn't be necessary.  Plugins that are installing
| outside of the plugins directory should be spanked and sent to bed.  Bad
| plugin!
