[wp-forums] URGENT

In the lines of "less is more" (or something like that), I prefer Chip's
"self-moderation" approach better.
Guidelines are just that, guidelines, and not being descriptive enough in a
title doesn't seem like that big of a deal, certainly not big enough for
topic closure.
Plus, users can decide whether to help the OPs in question, it's up to them
I think.
Otherwise, we would be crossing a pretty big line.
