[wp-forums] URGENT

What about removing the "urgent" from the topic line and adding the "hire someone if it's urgent" note as an edit to the OP's post.  That would get the point across (maybe) and also remove the "urgents" from the topic lines that show on the forum  -  which probably encourages other people to put that in their topic lines as well. 

But definitely agree that it's annoying as are variations of "HELP!!!!"
