I keep pitching a 'How to handle customer support' talk at WordCamps and
no one's bit yet. Or rather, no one's bit and understood it's FOR
DEVELOPERS. It's a damned hard thing to explain I guess. "No, this is a
non-tech talk for people who write code. Yes, they need it."
More devs SHOULD get trained in CS, though. The second you want to sell
something, you should find someone to mentor you, or help you, or spend
a lot of time studying how experienced people handle customer service.
Not support.
SERVICE.
Trust me, you're in that industry.
