Spencer, we don't have clients.  We don't have ongoing relationships with
these guys.
We just install WordPress.

After that, we send 'em to the forums.
They want more hands-on stuff? Send 'em to wp-pros.

I'd have to hit the archives for more, but this very concern was discussed
quite a bit before this all launched.
