Fortunately I do. :)

*My* goal was not to make it complex (though it does look that way),
but to provide a central task managing tool so those who need to know
what is happening can find out quickly without needing to query the
various parties involved. It's also an attempt to place some impetus
on the person requesting help to preform some legwork for us (without
it appearing like that's what I'm doing).

Note the task management environment I described could be, with minor
mods and some custom scripting, run off WordPress. Interesting, eh?
