 +1 for GlotPress as a plugin for WordPress. The project is already pretty
 closely tied to WordPress so it makes sense to just hitch the wagon to WP
 and focus on core functionality rather than having to duplicate a lot of
 the functionality, look, and feel of core WP while fighting against
 BackPress' decaying codebase.
