 For me making GlotPress a WordPress plugin makes sense. Offloading the UI,
 Installation, Authentication etc instantly fixes a bunch of issues with
 the project, not to mention that having it as a plugin makes it far more
 accessible for developers to contribute to it in the future. Since it's a
 WordPress project I also don't see any downside to it being tied to
 WordPress (ala bbPress).
