 nested queries.

 Can you clarify the operative parts of the patch? I'm a little confused
 because there seems to be a bit of non-crucial refactoring going on too.
 You're now setting a different dummy post based on whether
 `$wp_query->post` isset. Is this the part that prevents theme compat from
 running on query_posts()? Or does it fix some other bug? It looks tro me
 like the `bp_do_theme_compat()` stuff is the important part of preventing
 recursion.

 5021.07.patch removes the bbpress copypasta.
