Comment:

 Closing as dupe.  It's a known issue with wp.  We're just waiting for the
 wp.org fix to float down to wpmu.

 Dupes: #885 and #881 (Could have sworn there were others.)

 Also make sure that you don't have any remaining index.php files in your 2
 plugins subdirectories: #673
