 For menus in the admin bar generated by plugins, the first option of the
 dropdown fails to properly link to the plugin page.

 For example, the first option of the dropdown will link to wp-admin/my-
 plugin/my-plugin-page.php instead of wp-admin/admin.php?page=/my-plugin
 /my-plugin-page.php.

 I have reproduced the same results with five different plugins.
