 I know it sounds crazy, but twice now (on two different servers) it's
 happened.

 http://churchroot.com/wp-signup.php -- the file exists but you'll get a
 404.

 I've been reading about past issues with NOBLOGREDIRECT and I'm wondering
 if it's got something to do with that. I haven't been successful in
 playing around with it yet though.
