[wp-testers] Question about wp-trac

This is going to sound stupid, but when the wp-trac says "Updated to latest trunk", does that mean the ticket (which was formerly a ticket with a patch) now is part of core?

Basically, I'm wondering if the above use of "in" for meta_compare is now actually a part of core in 3.0.  Am I reading this correctly?  (and if so, should the docs on this be updated?  because there's no mention of using "in" in there.)
