The new Widgets control panel is not very intuitive, in fact it seems
like a step back from what it was.

For example, previously if I wanted to remove a widget from Sidebar 1
and add it to Sidebar 2, I could just click and drag it over.  With
the new CP, I must navigate to Sidebar 1, click "Edit" on the widget,
click remove, then scroll down and click "Save Changes," then use a
dropdown box to change to Sidebar 2 and click "Go," then locate the
widget and click "Add."

See how crazy that once simple process has become?  I agree that the
original Widget CP needed to be updated, specifically to address
complications involved when using multiple, condition-specific
sidebars.  But this new CP is just sloppy.  I need some time to think
about it, but I'll post a potential solution later.
