Thank John - I plan on having a good look and play around with this in 
the next week.

Matt / Ryan - a suggestion about the WYSI / Quicktags.
Just like the quicktags now, people will alter these files. Can these 
files be placed somewhere like wp-content ? It will easier for people 
when upgrading.
