[wp-testers] Quicktags [s]

I hadn't played with the nightly builds for a long while. The addition of
WYSI toolbar is nice. Anyway, after having a look at the WYSI toolbar, I've
updated my plugin to have an example of how a personalised quicktags panel
could be added (Set 3 - make sure it's activated, then have a look at the
edit page). Modify myQuicktags.js to add/remove items from quicktags panel.
It's quite a simple demo at the moment.

So now you can have a Quicktags panel AND WYSI toolbar (you could add the 10
custom quicktags you had before to this Quicktags panel.), without modifying
any core files.

Have a look at the other examples. You'd be surprised what you can do with
this plugin.
