[wp-pro] WP designer would like a plug-in suggestion

Wireframes in general are a good idea. There are also plenty of 
templates and other resources on the web to get you started in whatever 
tool you're most comfortable in. (Photoshop/Illustrator/OmniGraffle).

I personally use Illustrator, but the choice is yours. As Mike stated, 
this process helps in various regards. It is a staple in the design 
stage of any website or application project my team and I work on.
