[wp-pro] WP Site Upgrade

I know what you mean... when the client /person waits FOREVER to 
upgrade... it can be a total mess between database changes and the 
changes to category functions and all - I've recently done some 2.1x to 
2.8x upgrades -- ew. The time consuming part was all the weird character 
entity issues.

I've started insisting that upgrades occur for ALL security fixes AND/or 
at least once a year!
