[wp-pro] Wordpress Programmer Needed

CSS, PHP, Wordpress Programmer Needed

I'm looking for a wp programmer who speaks English and is on skype so we
can discuss things verbally. Ideally lives in southern hemisphere. I live
in Africa. Job specs are -

(1) Convert 2 pages I've written using tables in html - into 2 wordpress
templates (using css + php, no tables) - for me to use for WP pages
(right-hand column for testimonials).

(2) Create a 3rd template out of page 1 - for me to use for WP posts
(right-hand column for categories).

(3) Help me convert my current site into WP pages, using the templates in
(1). Specially need programmer to do the navigation menus. Then I will
convert the writing, choose which template for each page, etc.

(4) Do a sample page in wordpress, with 2 tables done in css, not html --
one 2-column table + one 6-column -- for me to use for my comparison
charts.
