[wp-pro] Need a plugin to modify the Write screen category list

Hi, Pros,

I have a WP project with a huge number of categories. They're
basically geography, organized by country, then region, then city. I
have all of the categories in WP, nested appropriately within
sub-cats, but it's ridiculously overwhelming when trying to select a
category in the Write Post screen.

I'm envisioning a plugin (no core mods!) that makes the category
selection essentially a folding list (just like this person wanted:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/162349 )--probably with Javascript,
reverting to the standard presentation if JS isn't available.

Timing: sooner is definitely better than later. If you can do it
before or over the weekend, say so.  :)

Give me a quote and let me know if it includes rights for me to
release the plugin when it's done (or conversely, if you want to
release it and will give me a discount :) ).
