[wp-pro] Converting Site

I have dynamic site which was built for me, zipcodes

.  I am thinking about converting the site to Wordpress.  Would that be a
big job?  All current URLS need to stay the same. The original developer
wanted to convert the sight to Smarty but I really think it would be more
flexible in WordPress.
Does anyone have experience with a project like that?  Thanks!
