[wp-pro] Looking for coder versed in The Morning After theme

I am developing a WP website using "The Morning After" theme (http://themasterplan.in/themes/the-morning-after/ 
) and am looking for a WP/CSS/PHP coder who can tame it for me.

The site, still in development (meaning not launched yet) is http://westseattleshow.com/ 
. It is going to be a video-centric website that features a new video  
every week/month, embedded within the "Featured Post" section.

Specifically, I'd like to:

- alter the background of the "Featured Post" section to highlight  
embedded video
- get the "Recent Posts" to actually show up (simple fix I'm sure)
- place a new logo in the upper left header area
- minor alignment fix in the Footer
- provide me with code snippets for other functions as needed/requested
