[wp-pro] Looking for Wordpress designer and scripter

Howdy everyone,
I'm looking for someone who I can pay to design and script my technology
blog (www.technience.com). I have a basic idea of what i would like the
template page to look like, but I don't have the scripting or css experience
to do it myself.
