[wp-pro] Seeking WordPress contract developer at Reuters, NYC

Hi everyone,

Reuters is looking for a contract WordPres developer to develop a custom
WP blog for our agency video group. This is a 2-3 week project working
with a small team, so we'd ideally like someone based in NYC. 

We're looking for a self-starter with strong experience with
implementing WordPress templates (working with a design team), custom
plugin development (PHP/MySQL), and hosting deployment. As part of the
blog, we'd be looking to create plugins to support new CMS requirements
such as custom feed content ingestion. Rounding out: excellent PHP and
MySQL skills, strong HTML/CSS hand-coding skills, UNIX shell experience,
and working knowledge of version control (Subversion, CVS). If you have
experience/interest in user experience design or the news business,
those are great pluses.
