[wp-pro] Seeking WP developer in Raleigh (or someone available during EST biz hours)

I'm looking for a Wordpress developer for daily collaboration on
various projects. I need someone that is available to work during East
Coast (USA) business hours, say 10am to 4pm EST. This is a must as
most projects will require frequent daily collaboration via phone, IM
and email.

I will guarantee a minimum amount of work. I'm estimating this to be
about 60 hours initially (ultimately this hourly guarantee will be
based on your hourly rate). I have worked with other contract
developers and can provide references if needed.

I need someone with comprehensive WP experience including PHP, MySQL,
xhtml, CSS. An eye for design and aesthetics is important as well.

Here is an overview of the work:

- using WP as a CMS for small business sites
- theme tweaks and customization (using plugins, WP functions, custom PHP, CSS)
- theme development (PSD to xhtml/css)
- plugin development
- content posting
- upgrades of existing sites to current WP version
- strong Photoshop/design skills are a plus
