[wp-pro] Wordpress setup?

Hello there
I would like to implement on my website www.trawell.com the functions of
Blog, Forum, RSS and possible Wiki so instead of getting to it myself I am
considering third party help for a fee (estimate?)
My host does not support mod rewrite.
About Blog: I would like to achieve (functions/looks) the result as more or
less www.raymond.cc/blog (wordpress) even though much simpler
About Forum: As above similar in colour scheme etc at www.raymond.cc/forum
RSS: A way to create RSS easy to maintain and that correctly visualize
Wiki: Not a priority but if applicable and not too difficult/costly (I saw a
wiki.deanlee.cn)
