[wp-pro] Who is really good in blog design?

I am looking for someone that helps me realize my blog. I need someone is
really great doing blog design with wordpress. This is my personal blog
page, it will be a newspaper.. and i want it will be great.

So , I'd like to be in contact with someone is good designing, setting
useful plug-in and some knowledge in SEO positioning.

Obviously I will pay for that.
