[wp-pro] Need alternate Post page written

I need the sidebar and advanced-stuff footer portions in wp-admin/post.php
removed for Contributors, but not for others.

My users - Contributor level - won't be Commenting, but submitting draft Posts
to Editors for approval.  The advanced features will confuse them.  However,
Editors will need them.  I think the easy way is to modify the post.php page and
I will provide links to it from the homepage as well as provide permission to it
(but not the post.php page) using Role Manager plugin.

What I want is a wp-admin/draft.php page written to remove all the items that
are shaded blue in this screenshot:
