[wp-pro] Need someone to upgrade wordpress or fix errors

I am using wordpress 1.2.1 at www.Lawyer-Advertising-Blog.com.  I tried to update wordpress to the new version, but it did not retain the look of the original version I had.  I then deleted the files and then uploaded the original files I backed up prior to updating.  While the older version of wordpress is now working, there are two error messages at the top of the page. 

I am looking for someone who can upgrade wordpress to the new version, while keeping the look of my blog or if not, to fix the errors.  I would like to have someone who can help me with this from time to time.
