[wp-forums] Spam promo comments on reviews

Hey team,

I put he following user account on mod watch:

https://wordpress.org/support/profile/ankit-oberoi

The account was created 3 days ago to immediately reply to reviews of
a specific competitor plugin to promote their own commercial,
non-Plugins Directory-hosted plugin. Their replies do not have any
bearing on the associated reviews except to promote their product and
sometimes take jabs at the reviewed plugin. So basically spam.

Their 11 comments of this nature have been deleted as well.
