To all who are concerned about this topic,

I have no interest in future to contact any forum users offering paid
service.

After reading all response, what I felt is "Is there a way to send an email
to the person who contacted forum users offering paid service" explaining
that it is not in the interest of wordpress forum

rather than destroying the reputation of the person, online.

As you know it is not mentioned in forum rules that I can't contact any
other forum member.

I am a forum member, the moderators have my email address, my website
address. Nobody contacted me telling the issue, but many people including
moderators contributed in tagging me as unethical and unprofessional in
public.

Some people suggested including me in Blacklist, banlist, sticky post -
exposing me etc...

Is making a cold call bad enough to put me in those list and calling me
unethical and unprofessional.

You may have received email from forum users but those who responded in
favor send me messages, that they appreciate the help. So I was continuing
contacting people.

But in future I won't be contacting any forum users, because I felt very bad
by the words "unethical, unprofessional, blacklist, ban list etc..."

Almost all forums send messages when someone does not go in accordance with
the forum rather than publicly destroying the reputation.

I should have send (and prefer to send) this email to people who contributed
to the post "Who is Gisha James" only, rather than to the mailing list- and
in google result.

But again it will be considered as spam.

Wordpress is the most popular blogging platform and forum is the most
helpful, but may I know why it lacks the simple function to send an email to
a person when some one does not go in the interest of forum rather than
destroying their reputation in public.

I had no intention to offend anyone, because I want to respect people.
