[wp-forums] Installing for free

What I don't understand is that 99% of the webhosting companies out
there offer some sort of autoinstaller on their back-end programs.
CPanel does, Direct Admin does. And I think both Ensim and Plesk does
as well. (Been years since I've had an Ensim box and I've never had a
Plesk one.) I know, in our case, we'll do the install for a client
ourselves because, like it's mentioned on their site, it cuts back on
issues if the client tries to do it themselves, they get an issue and
get stuck. We also have a rollout kit with extra themes, widgets and
plugins already installed.

I think it's great that these folks are taking the time to offer their
services but what I really think is that it shows an area with hosting
companies that aren't offering the support that they should be.

I'm kind of curious to know who's clients they have to work with.
Better not be any of mine. :)
