[wp-forums] Why the forum FAQ

snicker at "tag-soup".  I haven't checked back with the thread, but it seems
we need to get macmanx involved in this mail-list.  he puts in a lot of
vauluable time in the forums, and has opinions based on that experience.  It
would be nice to hear that in this forum, rather than clogging up the
thread.  Perhaps this experiement could be a starting point to culling all
the FAQ info into an actual Page at WP.org. So as to eventually eliminate
the need for the thread, or the debate over the codex.
